Mylar bag order terms

Version two-mylar-v2 · Effective October 6, 2026

Who you’re ordering from

These terms cover custom mylar bags and pouches ordered on this page from TWO Packaging (“TWO,” “we,” “us”). By checking the box and placing your order, whether you pay by card or send an order request, you agree to them. Card payments are processed by Stripe for TWO Consulting LLC and show on your statement as TWO* MYLAR BAGS.

Your price and payment

Your price covers your printed bags and their delivery to the address you give us, at the speed you choose (Standard or Expedited; Expedited only outside the U.S.); there is no separate shipping charge. There are no plate or setup fees. Prices are in U.S. dollars and card orders are paid in full upfront. Outside the United States, delivery is Expedited by air and included in your price; any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are not included and are paid by you on delivery. Sales or use tax is not included; if any is due on your order, you’re responsible for it. If a price is ever shown in error, we’ll contact you before production and you can pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Your approval is the proof

You place your artwork on your dieline and approve it on this page before you pay. Check it carefully: spelling, wording, colors, placement, and anything on a seal, the zipper or outside the safe area. When you approve it, you accept everything on it, and we print what you approved. Our prepress team checks every approved file for printability; if something can’t print well, we contact you within one business day and hold your order, without cancelling it, until new artwork is approved. On films that print a white ink layer, we email a one-page white-ink proof; it is approved when you reply, or automatically three business days after we send it. If you choose to send artwork later, nothing prints until you approve a digital proof, and you can cancel for a full refund any time before you do.

Timing and delays

Arrival dates shown on the page are estimates based on production and the delivery speed you choose, not a guarantee. Orders can sometimes be delayed by things outside our control, including carrier, freight and port delays, customs inspections and holds, weather, material shortages, equipment breakdowns, holidays, government actions, tariffs and trade restrictions, and other events beyond our reasonable control. We’ll let you know if we expect a meaningful delay. We aren’t liable for losses caused by a delay, and once production has started a delay isn’t grounds to cancel or for a refund. If you need bags by a certain date, tell us before you order; an in-hands date is only guaranteed if we confirm it in writing.

Color, print and quantity

Bags are printed on the film you choose. Screens show color differently from film, metallic and clear films change how colors look, and small differences in color, registration, placement and cutting from what you approved, between runs and within a run, are normal and aren’t defects. Flexible packaging runs slightly over or under: a delivery within 10% of the quantity ordered counts as a complete order.

Fitness for your product

You choose the style, size, film and closure. You are responsible for making sure they suit your product, its shelf life and any labeling, regulatory or child-resistance rules that apply to it. Barrier, food-contact and child-resistance claims beyond those our team confirms to you in writing are not part of your order.

Your artwork

You confirm you own or have permission to use everything you send us, including logos, trademarks, artwork, photos and text, and that your bags don’t infringe anyone’s rights or break any law. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TWO, its owners, employees and suppliers from any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your artwork or your use of the bags. We may decline any order we believe is unlawful, infringing or harmful, with a full refund.

Delivery, inspection and claims

Check your shipping address carefully; the cost of re-shipping an order sent to an address you gave us is yours. Delivery is complete when the carrier shows your order delivered to that address. Please inspect your order when it arrives and email orders@twopackaging.com within 7 days of delivery about any defect, shortage or damage, with photos and your order number. After 7 days the order is considered accepted.

Refunds and reprints

Bags are custom made to the artwork you approved, so they can’t be returned or refunded because you changed your mind. If what we deliver doesn’t match your approved artwork, has a genuine manufacturing defect, or arrives damaged, and you tell us within 7 days, we’ll reprint the affected bags or refund what you paid for them, at our choice. That is your only remedy.

Billing questions and chargebacks

By paying, you authorize the charge for the exact total shown. If you ever have a billing concern, contact us first and we’ll sort it out quickly. If a chargeback is filed for an order we produced to your approved artwork, we may contest it and share your order, approval and delivery records as evidence.

Limits on liability

Except for the promises in these terms, bags are provided as is, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, spoiled product or launch costs. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Your account and files

If you sign in, we keep your orders, saved cart and artwork so reorders are easy. Keep your own copies too: files may be deleted 24 months after your last order.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action, and within one year after delivery.

Everything else

These terms, your order confirmation and your approved artwork are the whole agreement for your order. We may update these terms; the version you accepted when you ordered applies to your order. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Questions? Email orders@twopackaging.com or call +1 623-254-6832.

Finishes

  • Matte: soft, no glare, the most-ordered finish.
  • Gloss: high shine that makes colors read brighter.
  • Soft-touch: a velvet feel in the hand.

Spot effects

  • Hot foil in gold, silver, copper or holographic on a logo or a word.
  • Spot UV: a raised gloss layer on part of a matte bag.
  • A spot effect adds $0.109 a bag at 1,000 and less at volume; the price updates the moment you pick one.

Every film has a heat-sealable PE inner layer. Metallized, foil, kraft and holographic films carry a metal layer that blocks light; clear film shows your product. See all printing and finishing options.

Sizes

Popular mylar bag sizes, or any size you need.

Bags are made to your exact width, height and gusset, from 2″ to 18.12″ wide and up to 26″ tall. Price is set by the printed area, so a size that fits your product snugly costs less.

Questions

Custom mylar bags, answered.

How much do custom mylar bags cost?

A 4″ × 6″ custom printed stand-up pouch costs $535.34 for 500 delivered to your door ($1.07 each), $0.784 each at 1,000 and $0.177 each at 10,000 by Standard delivery. There are no plate, setup or shipping fees: every price includes delivery. Material, thickness, finish and effects change the price a little, and the order card shows it as you choose.

Is shipping included in the price?

Yes. Every price on this page includes delivery to your door, anywhere in the U.S. and in most countries worldwide, so there are no shipping fees at checkout. Pick Standard for the lowest price or Expedited when you need your bags sooner; each shows its delivered price and arrival dates before you pay.

What is the minimum order for custom mylar bags?

The minimum is 500 bags per design. You can put up to 10 designs in one order, each with its own artwork and quantity. You order and pay online. Orders over 10,000 bags get volume pricing: send the request with your phone number and our team emails and calls you within 24 to 48 hours.

How long do custom mylar bags take?

Production takes as few as 5 business days after you approve your artwork (up to 15). With Expedited, your bags are delivered in as few as 10 business days (usually 10 to 27: production 5 to 15 business days plus air shipping 4 to 12). With Standard, they arrive in as soon as 30 days (usually 30 to 50). The page shows your arrival dates for each before you pay.

Can I get a custom size?

Yes. Enter any width and height (and gusset for stand-up and flat-bottom pouches), to the 1/100 inch, and the page prices it and draws its dieline. If you are not sure of the size, the measuring tool on the order card sizes a bag to your product.

Do I get a dieline?

Yes. Every bag opens on its own dieline on the order page, drawn to the exact size you enter, and you place your art on it right there. Designing it yourself? The layered dieline for your size is $5 through Stripe: a PDF and SVG with every cut, seal and fold, the zipper on zipper bags, the 3 mm bleed and the safe area, every panel named, and a link to download it again any time.

Do I get a proof?

Yes, instantly. You place your art on the dieline in your browser, see the bag in 3D and approve it before you pay. On films that need a white ink layer, we also email a one-page white-ink proof within one business day.

Can I order several designs at once?

Yes. Add each design to your cart with its own artwork and quantity, 500 or more each, then check out once. Up to 10 designs go in one order. They ship together, so each design’s delivered price drops as you add more, and one delivery speed covers the whole order.

How do I reorder my bags?

Sign in with your email or Google, open any past order and press Reorder: the same bags go in your cart with your artwork on file. Change the quantity or delivery speed, then check out at today’s delivered prices.

Which mylar film blocks the most light and moisture?

Foil barrier film (PET / AL / PE) has a solid aluminum layer, so it blocks the most light, moisture and air. Metallized, kraft and holographic films carry a thinner metal layer; clear film shows your product and blocks the least. Every film seals with a food-grade inner layer.

Can I put liquids in your pouches?

Yes. Choose the spout pouch style and one of our two liquid films. Liquid foil (PET / AL / NY / PE) is for water-based liquids like drinks, juice, sauces, purees and soap or detergent refills. Oil and fragrance foil (PET / AL / NY / CPP) is for oils, fragrance and essential oils, reed diffuser and room spray refills and cleaning products. Both add a nylon layer for strength. Fill a few samples with your product before a big run.

Are your pouches food safe?

Yes. Every material has a food-grade inner layer, the only layer that touches your product: PE on our dry-goods films and Liquid foil, and an oil-resistant CPP on Oil and fragrance foil.

Do you make child-resistant mylar bags?

Yes. Choose child-resistant on the order card and your bag closes with a child-resistant zipper in place of the standard one. See our child-resistant packaging page.

Can I get samples?

Yes. Stock samples of our films and styles are free: email orders@twopackaging.com.

A pouch is the first thing your customer touches. We built this page so ordering one takes minutes, in any size, with a proof you check yourself in 3D and a price that never changes after you see it.

Order 500 bags or 10,000, the same way

Pick a style and size, place your art, approve it in 3D and pay. No quote request, no sales call, no waiting for a proof by email: the price on the card is the price on your statement, re-checked on our server at checkout.

Any size, with its own dieline

Most online pouch shops sell a fixed list of sizes. Here you enter the size your product needs, to the 1/100 inch, and the dieline, the price and the 3D bag all follow it.

You choose speed and cost

Standard or Expedited, each with its delivered price and the dates your bags arrive. Delivery is in the price: no shipping fees at checkout.
