Label order terms

Version two-labels-v4 · Effective October 3, 2026

Who you’re ordering from

These terms cover custom labels and stickers ordered on this page from TWO Packaging (“TWO,” “we,” “us”). By checking the box and placing your order, whether you pay by card or send an order request, you agree to them. Card payments are processed by Stripe for TWO Consulting LLC and show on your statement as TWO* LABELS.

Your price and payment

Your total covers your labels and shipping to the address you give us. There are no setup fees, and a custom shape costs nothing extra. Prices are in U.S. dollars and card orders are paid in full upfront. For U.S. addresses, shipping includes U.S. import duties. For addresses outside the United States, any import duties, taxes, customs or brokerage fees charged by your country are not included and are paid by you. Sales or use tax is not included; if any is due on your order, you’re responsible for it. If a price is ever shown in error (for example because of a system or rate error), we’ll contact you before production and you can pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Your proof is the line

Before anything prints, we send you a digital proof. Check it carefully: spelling, wording, colors, size, shape, barcodes, QR codes and any legal, ingredient, nutrition, allergen or warning copy. When you approve it, you accept everything on it, and we print what you approved. We aren’t responsible for errors in a proof you approved. You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve. If a proof waits more than 30 days for your approval, we may cancel the order and refund you, less any costs we’ve already paid for it.

Timing and delays

Production starts once we have your payment, your print-ready artwork and your proof approval. Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Orders can sometimes be delayed by things outside our control, including carrier, freight and port delays, customs inspections and holds, weather and natural disasters, material or supply shortages, equipment breakdowns, power or internet outages, labor disputes, public health events, holidays, government actions, tariffs and trade restrictions, war and other events beyond our reasonable control. We’ll let you know if we expect a meaningful delay. We aren’t liable for losses caused by a delay, and once production has started a delay isn’t grounds to cancel or for a refund. If you need labels by a certain date, tell us before you order; an in-hands date is only guaranteed if we confirm it in writing.

Color, cut and quantity

Screens and office printers show color differently from a printing press. We match your files and any Pantone (PMS) references as closely as the material and process allow; small differences in color, registration and cut position from the proof, between runs and within a run are normal and aren’t defects. Clear, metallic and holographic stocks change how colors look. Label printing runs slightly over or under: a delivery within 10% of the quantity ordered counts as a complete order. Roll labels are wound on 3″ cores, and we choose the roll size and how many labels go on each roll to suit your order; that number can vary from roll to roll, and a roll can contain an occasional splice. Hand-applied rolls are wound in our standard direction; machine-applied rolls are wound in the direction you chose when you ordered.

Your artwork and your labels’ content

You confirm you own or have permission to use everything you send us, including logos, trademarks, artwork, photos, fonts and text, and that your labels don’t infringe anyone’s rights or break any law. You alone are responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of what your labels say, including ingredient, nutrition, allergen, drug, supplement, warning, barcode and regulatory copy. We don’t review labels for legal or regulatory compliance. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TWO, its owners, employees and suppliers from any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your artwork, your label content, your products or your use of the labels. We may decline any order we believe is unlawful, infringing or harmful, with a full refund.

Fit for your product

How a label performs depends on the surface, container, application method, equipment, temperature, moisture, oils, chemicals and storage. Please test the material, adhesive and finish on your actual product and in your actual conditions before full use. Unless we agree in writing, we don’t guarantee a label is suitable for a particular use. Store labels in a cool, dry place and apply them within 12 months of delivery for best adhesion.

Delivery, inspection and claims

Check your shipping address carefully; the cost of re-shipping an order sent to an address you gave us is yours. Delivery is complete when the carrier shows your order delivered to that address. Please inspect your order when it arrives and email orders@twopackaging.com within 7 days of delivery about any defect, shortage or damage, with photos and your order number. After 7 days the order is considered accepted. Labels you apply after finding a problem aren’t covered.

Refunds and reprints

Labels are custom made to your approved proof, so they can’t be returned or refunded because you changed your mind. If what we deliver doesn’t match your approved proof and specification, has a genuine manufacturing defect, or arrives damaged, and you tell us within 7 days, we’ll reprint the affected labels or refund what you paid for them, at our choice. That is your only remedy.

Billing questions and chargebacks

By paying, you authorize the charge for the exact total shown. If you ever have a billing concern, contact us first and we’ll sort it out quickly. If a chargeback is filed for an order we produced to your approved proof, we may contest it and share your order, proof approval and delivery records as evidence.

Limits on liability

Except for the promises in these terms, labels are provided as is, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or sales, recalls, relabeling, rework, downtime, or the cost of your products or containers. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Your files

We keep your artwork on file so reorders are easy. Keep your own copies too: files may be deleted 24 months after your last order.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action, and within one year after delivery.

Everything else

These terms, your order confirmation and your approved proof are the whole agreement for your order. We may update these terms; the version you accepted when you ordered applies to your order. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Questions? Email orders@twopackaging.com or call +1 623-254-6832.

Roll labels

Wound for hand or machine.

Every roll comes on a standard 3″ core, the size label dispensers and most applicators take, and we size the rolls to your order, so there’s nothing to work out. Applying by hand? Nothing to choose: we wind them to peel off easily. Using a labeling machine? Pick which edge comes off the roll first when you order.

3″ cores

The industry standard, on every roll. Fits label dispensers and most applicators.

Rolls sized for you

We wind your order onto rolls that suit it, so you never work out roll counts.

A gap for the sensor

An even gap between every label, so applicator sensors pick up each one.

Multi-lane rolls

Several labels across the roll for faster hand application. Ask in your order notes.

Supplement bottle labels on a roll on a 3″ core, next to the bottle
Rolls sized to your order, every one on a 3″ core.

Labeling machine? Pick the edge that comes off first

Picture the roll unwinding to the right. Your applicator’s manual names the position it needs, from #1 to #4: the edge of your label that leaves the roll first. Choose it under Applied by when you order. Applying by hand? Skip this, we’ve got it.

Materials & finishes

Every stock. Every finish.

The face stock decides how a label survives; the finish decides how it sells. Film stocks shrug off water, oil and condensation. Paper stocks print beautifully and want a laminate anywhere they’ll get wet.

Questions

Label ordering, answered.

How do I order custom labels online?

Right here. Choose rolls, sheets or stickers, then your shape and size, and upload your artwork (any file). Then pick your material, finish and quantity, and your price updates instantly. Add more labels to your cart if you need them, and check out. We email a free digital proof, nothing prints until you approve it, and printing takes as few as 5 business days (up to 15).

Do you print tamper-evident VOID stickers?

Yes. Choose Silver or White VOID security film in the order above and design them like any label: rectangles and squares from 15 mm (0.59″) on each side and circles from 15 mm across, on rolls or sheets, priced instantly from 10,000 per design. If someone peels a seal off, it leaves the word VOID on the package and can’t be stuck back down, so an opened box, bottle or case is obvious at a glance. Want the seal to leave your own word instead of VOID? Choose a custom tamper mark (+37.5%) and type up to 12 letters or numbers; we confirm it with your proof. A custom tamper mark starts at 100,000 per design.

How is my label price calculated?

By your label’s size, material and quantity, with no setup fees. A custom die-cut shape costs nothing extra: it is priced by its width and height at the widest points, the same way every major label printer does it. Every price includes delivery to your door, so there are no shipping fees at checkout.

What is the minimum order?

Online orders start at 100 labels per design (tamper-evident seals: 10,000; with a custom tamper mark: 100,000). The price per label drops as quantity goes up, and larger runs are where we’re hardest to beat.

Can you print custom labels in any size and shape?

Yes. Type any width and height from 0.5″ to 12″ and the price updates instantly. Choose a standard shape, or Custom die-cut and we cut to the outline in your file. Need something smaller or larger? Order it anyway and our team quotes it.

What core size do your roll labels come on?

Every roll is wound on a standard 3″ (76 mm) core, the size label dispensers and most applicators take.

What is label unwind direction, and which one do I need?

It’s the edge of the label that comes off the roll first: the top, bottom, right or left. Applying by hand? You don’t need to choose; we wind them to peel off easily. If a labeling machine applies them, choose the position your applicator’s manual lists, #1 to #4, under Applied by when you order.

How many labels come on a roll?

We size the rolls to your order, so you never have to work it out. Small labels fit thousands to a roll and larger ones fewer, and the count can vary a little from roll to roll.

Should I order rolls, sheets or stickers?

Choose rolls if a machine applies your labels or you’re applying thousands by hand. Choose sheets for short runs and hand application, and die-cut stickers when each one is handed out or applied on its own.

Are your labels waterproof?

Film stocks, including white, clear, metallic and holographic film and vinyl, are waterproof and resist oil and condensation. Paper labels need a laminate to handle moisture.

Do I get a proof before you print?

Yes. We check your files for free and email a digital proof. Nothing prints until you approve it, and you can get a full refund any time before you do. Want a physical sample first? Custom pre-production samples run $50–$200.

How long does it take?

Printing takes as few as 5 business days after you approve your proof (up to 15). With Expedited (express courier or air), your labels are delivered in as few as 10 business days (usually 10 to 27: printing 5 to 15 business days plus shipping 4 to 12). With Standard (ocean, where it costs less), they arrive in as soon as 30 days (usually 30 to 50). Each shows its arrival dates right next to your price.

Is shipping included in the price?

Yes. Every price includes delivery to your door, with U.S. import duties included on U.S. orders, so there are no shipping fees at checkout. Pick Expedited, or Standard where it costs less: each shows its delivered price and arrival dates before you pay.

Can I order several designs at once?

Yes. Add each design to your cart with its own artwork and its own quantity, 100 or more each, then check out once. Press Add another design in your cart and the next one starts with the same options, and your whole cart ships together, so each design’s delivered price drops as you add more.

Can I put a QR code or barcode on my labels?

Yes. Put it in your artwork and it prints on every label, like the rest of your design. Check that it scans on your proof before you approve it.

What file should I upload?

Whatever you have: AI, PDF, PSD, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG, ZIP or any other file, and big files are fine. Vector art with the cut line on its own layer is ideal. If we need anything else for your design, we’ll email you.

I’m reordering the same labels. Do I pay setup again?

No. There are no setup fees on labels, and custom shapes cost nothing extra, so a reorder is just your labels. Email orders@twopackaging.com with your last order number and we’ll set it up.

A label has one job: make your product look like the best thing on the shelf, and keep looking that way from your line to your customer’s kitchen. We think we make the best labels in the business, and we built this page so ordering them is as simple as it should be. Here’s what you get when you order with us.

We’re a packaging company first

Most label printers only ever see the label. We make the boxes, bags, jars and bottles too, so we think about where your label goes: the curve of the jar, the panel on the pouch, the condensation on a cold can. Buy the container from us as well and we size the label to it, so it fits the first time.

Fast from first click to confirmed order

You see your price the moment you choose a size, with delivery to your door included. Send your artwork and we check every file for free and confirm your order within 24 to 48 hours. Need them sooner? Choose Expedited and your labels are delivered door to door in as few as 4 days once they’re printed (usually 4 to 12).

Reorders made simple

Your artwork stays on file for 24 months. Email us your last order number and we set up the same labels again: no re-uploading files, no back and forth.

Rolls that run on your machine

If an applicator puts your labels on, the roll matters as much as the print. Every roll comes on a standard 3″ core, and you choose the edge that comes off first right in your order, so your rolls go straight onto the machine. Applying by hand? We wind them to peel off easily.

Every material, every finish

White, clear, metallic and holographic film. White and recycled paper. Outdoor vinyl. Then gold, silver and holographic foil, embossing and spot UV. Whatever you sell, there’s a stock built for it.

Priced to win at volume

Your price is built on the material your labels actually use, so you never pay for size you didn’t order. The more you order, the less each label costs, and on larger runs we’re very hard to beat.
